With 2015 coming to an end, many people are focused on what their resolutions will be for the new year. But what about the tech side of your life? What are your tech resolutions for the next year?
You may not have thought about it yet, but everyone has things they want to change in their technology. A great way to make sure that gets done is to make it a resolution for the following year. 2016 is right around the corner, so it’s best to get that figured out now.
It’s easy to get behind in your operating systems, both for desktop systems and mobile devices. You could set a resolution to get your OS up date and to keep it that way. Do you follow the mobile trends? You’d probably like the newest smartphone, and that would make a great resolution. Do you still have all your files stored on your hard drive or flash drives? Commit to transferring everything to the cloud. Do you have old computers and devices that you’re no longer using filling up the nooks and crannies in your home? Set a resolution now to get rid of them. Let’s not forget about social networking. Are you on it too much? Resolve to cut down.
