Save 40% on Amazon Echo Auto with Alexa

Deal Echo Auto Featured

New cars regularly ship with a voice assistant included, but what do you do if your car is older and doesn’t have the ability already built in? You can add an Amazon Echo Auto with Alexa and get all the benefits of a voice assistant to be hands-free when you really need to be.

This device connects to the Alexa app on your phone using your car’s speakers via auxiliary input or a Bluetooth connection with your phone. Physically, the device connects to your car on a vent mount that is included. It’s designed for road use, employing eight microphones and far-field technology. This allows it to hear you over your music, air conditioning, and traffic noise.

You’ll no longer be limited to just radio, as you can control the Amazon Echo Auto with Alexa through the Alexa app on your phone. This allows you to stream Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, SiriusSM, Audible, and radio stations via TuneIn and iHeartRadio.

Along with playing music, you can also ask Alexa to play music, check the news, make calls, add to your to-do list, check the weather, arrange your calendar events, and more. Don’t worry about your privacy, as you can turn the microphone off to electronically disconnect the microphones at any time.

Echo Auto is not compatible with all cars and phones. It won’t work with some cars that support Bluetooth and is not compatible with some styles of air vents. Check the listings before purchasing.

If you’re ready to buy the Amazon Echo Auto with Alexa, take $20 off and pay just $29.99.

    1. I just researched this, and it seems people are saying it can be maintained on a PC very easily. But it has to be set up through a smartphone, as it’s done through a mobile app. So if you can get a friend or family member who has a smartphone over to help you set it up with their smartphone, then you’ll be able to maintain it from your computer.

      1. Thanks, Laura…no problem finding someone with a cell phone since to the amazement of friends & family, I’m the only one in the world who doesn’t seem to have one! Thanks again – I’ll look into it.
